If you wish to delete or deactivate your Flamify account, follow these steps:
🔹 Step 1: Cancel Your Flamify Premium Subscription
Before requesting account deletion, you must first cancel any active Flamify Premium subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription, you may still be charged even after your account is deleted.
🔹 Step 2: Submit a Deletion Request
To delete your account, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the following details:
Your registered email or username
A brief confirmation that you want to delete your account
🔹 Step 3: Processing Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 30 days. After this period:
✅ Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
✅ You will no longer have access to your chats, AI companions, or purchase history.
⚠ Important Notes
This action is irreversible—once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Any data that has already been shared externally (e.g., screenshots, cached content) may still exist outside of our system.
If you only want to take a break, consider deactivating notifications instead of deleting your account.
